Filipino Catholics starts there 9 days Misa de Aguinaldo

       Parishioners of Sts. Peter and Paul the Apostle's Parish attend the first day of the 9 days Simbang Gabi or Misa de Aguinaldo.



        Simbang Gabi or Misa de Aguinaldo the 9 days novena masses preparation for the Christmas starts.

        All Catholic parishes and chapels started there night and dawn masses for the Simbang Gabi or Misa de Aguinaldo. December 15 at night and December 16 at dawn, many Filipino Catholics were packed with overflowing faithfulness as they sacrifice and heartedly attend masses.

       These masses are annualy done for the coming of Christmas or the Birth of Jesus. Sacrifices and offering of many Filipino Catholics were offered as the sign of their thanksgiving.

     "Ang Simbang Gabi ay ang pagala-ala at paghahanda ng sarili sa kapanganakan ng anting Panginoon", said Fr. Gerald Pangilinan Guest Priest of Sts. Peter and Paul the Apostle's Parish Apalit, Pamanga.

       Every human being as a wish to complete the 9 days novena masses because there is a joy after it.

      According to Mrs. Ruby Sarmiento parishioner who wants to complete the 9 days, "iba kasi yung feeling pagnabuo mo yung 9 days nayun. Sacrifice nadin kasi para sa Diyos iyon, pasasalamat sa mga blessings nya".

    Simple thoughts and sacrifice were given by Catholics to our Savoir Jesus Christ. By attending masses, offering prayers and thanksgiving is a sign that faithfulness of Filipino people became firm as life goes by.

    "Patatagin natin ang ating pananampalataya. Wag nating kalimutan ang sanggol na isisilang at tutubos ng ating mga kasalanan. Ang pagdating niya ay magdadala ng kapayapaan sa bawat isa", added by Fr. Pangilinan.

      That the birth of Jesus will teach every human to love and share. Hope for the peace of every faithful.

       The Alpha Phi Omega Epsilon Kappa Chapter-Bulacan conducted their 9th freedom run last December 10, 2014 at Bulacan State University, in lieu with the foundation week of the university.

       With the theme of "Biktima ng Nakaraan, Katarungan Huwag Kalimutan" the main goal of the freedom run is to give their support to fight for all the criminal cases in our country that until today they are not given justice.

         Mr. Michael D. Francia the Grand Chancelor of Alpha Phi Omega stated that, "yung Freedom Run namin ngayon ay nakatuon sa paglaban at pagsuporta sa pagkakaroon ng hustisya sa mga krimen sa ating bansa. Alam naman natin na ang bagal ng pagkamit ng hustisya sa atin, ang iba ay natatakpan o di kaya ay mali".

       Participated by the neophyte's of the organization, men run nude around the campus. Wearing there mask and hold roses as they run for their freedom.

      Running nude is there act to give importance about the different issues in our country, especially about the justice. "We believed that Justice is for everyone, Justice is not for sale", added by Francia.

       In addition, this event was annually done every 3rd day of the university week. Its start at the Valencia Hall and end at the Apo Tree were they form circle around it and sing there theme song.

      Students and young professionals witnesses this freedom run every year, as the target viewer of the organization. "Ginagawa namin to hindi para magpasikat kundi para malaman ng mga mamamamyan at kabataan na may pakialam tayo sa mga nangyayari sa ating bansa", said Francia.

      After the event, all the member of the organization will stay at the Apo Three and they will share lunch to each member "buddle fight", signified there unity as they fight for peace.
